Fuyuan Educational Institution is a service organization in Shanghai specialized in tutorial and training， the business scope of which covers family educational consultation and tutorial classes oriented towards university entrance examinations， both for junior and senior high school students. 岗位职责：
（1）针对学生情况，对其进行个性化的课程讲授；
（2）熟悉小学数学、小学奥数的课程设置，对小学数学、小学奥数的教学有新颖独到的见解；
（3）为学生提供专业的高质量教学服务；
（4）帮助学生提高学习兴趣，养成好的奥数学习方法及思维习惯；
（5）为学生查缺补漏，帮助学员尽快提高成绩。
