岗位职责：
1、负责班级中文等课程的组织与教学工作；
2、制定工作月计划、周计划，并实施本班保教工作计划；
3、在园长、保教主任指导下，积极参加pyp的探究，组织好幼儿活动，并能够及时进行专题总结；
4、负责承担本班保教工作，对本班幼儿全面负责；
5、在保健医指导下，做好本班幼儿的保健工作，及时排除不安全隐患，确保幼儿在园内期间的安全；
6、做好家长工作，实现家园共育；
7、制定学年度的教学计划，积极参加总部组织的各类教研、培训活动，积极参加市、区级教科研课题的研究。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，学前教育专业，2年以上幼教工作经验；具有IBPYP经验者优先考虑；
2、具有教师资格证，具有良好的身体素质和心理素质；
3、热爱本职工作，责任心强，具备一定的专业技能技巧，有一定的沟通能力和组织协调能力。
